RULES & POLICIES

Reno Volleyball Club (RVC) is committed to providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all participants. By registering, you agree to follow all RVC rules, facility/gym rules, and the direction of coaches and staff. This includes respectful conduct, appropriate language, sportsmanship, and consideration for others. Safety is our top priority; please report any injuries or concerns immediately. Serious or repeated violations of these rules may result in suspension or removal from the program without a refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I understand that participation in Reno Volleyball Club (RVC) activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with other players, equipment, and the risk of serious injury, including concussion. I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume these inherent risks. I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Reno Volleyball Club, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and the City of Reno from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in RVC activities, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law.
