  • Canceling Your Subscription
    1. How do I cancel my subscription? Log in to your account on our website, go to your Profile, then navigate to Subscriptions, and click Cancel next to the active plan you wish to end. 2. When will my subscription actually end after I cancel? Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll still have access to the service until then. 3. Will I get a refund if I cancel early? No, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time. Your subscription will remain valid until your current period ends. 4. How do I know my subscription was successfully canceled? You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been canceled. You can also check your account dashboard; it will show your subscription as Canceled. 5. Can I restart my subscription after canceling? Yes! You can log in anytime and purchase a new subscription plan to resume service.
