RULES & POLICIES

Reno Volleyball Club (RVC) is committed to providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Players and parents must follow RVC, coach, gym, safety, and City of Reno facility rules; demonstrate respectful conduct and sportsmanship; use appropriate language; and promptly report injuries or medical concerns. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

DAYS OF CLASS / PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

Players should arrive 10-15 minutes early, check in upon arrival and get their name tag, wear required RVC practice attire, tie back long hair, be ready to participate, and notify RVC by text message when they will be absent.

FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY:

I understand my membership and subscription will remain active until I cancel it through my online account. Missing classes, going on vacation, or notifying a coach does not cancel my subscription. All charges made before cancellation are non-refundable. No exception.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that volleyball and related RVC activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and other injuries. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child and release RVC, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, and the City of Reno from liability to the extent permitted by law.
